1. Tai Chi Chuan Yang style in 108 movements. The complete form composed of 108 movements. It is divided into 3 series corresponding to Earth, Man and Sky.

2. Qi Gong 8 Brocarde pieces also called BaDuanJin. These xercises focus on breathing. They also have a profound action on the 8 wonderful meridians.

About us

These online Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes come from the traditional Yang school. More particularly the teaching of Master Gin Soon Chu to “Gin Soon Chu Tai Chi Chuan Federation” based in the United States. The Yang style is the most widespread in the West, it consists of a succession of large and slow movements. The postures are performed with a wide base favoring anchoring. There are several forms including the one in 108 movements which is the longest.
